• The practitioner reserves the right to decline or postpone treatment if it is deemed unsafe or unsuitable.

4. Skin Types & Specialist Focus

• The clinic specialises in treating Black skin and richly melanated skin, while providing safe and effective treatments for all skin types across the Fitzpatrick scale I–VI.

• Treatment plans are tailored individually, and results may vary depending on skin type, condition, and lifestyle factors.

5. Treatment Expectations & Results

• Multiple sessions may be required depending on the condition being treated.

• Results vary between individuals due to skin type, healing response, and adherence to aftercare.

• Before‑and‑after photos may be taken for clinical documentation and progress tracking.

6. Payment & Booking Policy

• Payments are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Cancellation & Rescheduling

• At least 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule an appointment.

• Cancellations with less than 48 hours’ notice may result in loss of deposit or a cancellation fee.

• Missed appointments (“no‑shows”) may be charged at the full treatment cost.

8. Contraindications & Practitioner Rights

• The practitioner may refuse treatment if:

• You are pregnant or breastfeeding (depending on treatment).

• You have a medical condition that makes treatment unsafe.

• You appear unwell, intoxicated, or unable to provide informed consent.

• This is to ensure client safety and uphold professional standards.

9. Aftercare & Client Responsibility

10. Adverse Reactions & Complications

11. Refunds & Complaints
